Welcome to ShoQ® Journal and CoachZR
Welcome to the CoachZR Platform ("Platform"), operated by Pulse Frontier, Inc., headquartered in Bradenton, Florida, USA. We created these Terms to protect both our coaches and the integrity of our community. By signing up, you agree to these Terms in the spirit of fairness and professionalism. Our goal is to help you grow your coaching business, not restrict it.
1. Account Eligibility
Age and Legal Requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older
- Legally eligible to provide firearm instruction or related training in your jurisdiction
- Able to enter into legally binding contracts
Certification Verification:
We may request certification verification when required for specific features, listings, or premium instructor status. Verification helps maintain platform credibility and protects all users.
2. Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Keep your account information accurate and up-to-date
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
- Not share your account with others
- Notify support@coachzr.com immediately of any unauthorized activity
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
3. Certification and Verification
We encourage all instructors to maintain valid certification and insurance when applicable. If your credential expires, your account remains active but will show "verification pending" until renewed.
Accounts are only suspended for:
- Verified false claims about credentials
- Legal violations or criminal activity
- Violation of platform conduct standards (see Section 9)
- Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
4. Revenue Sharing & Payouts
CoachZR operates as your training partner, not a middleman.
Revenue Split:
- Coaches receive 75% of subscription revenue from their students
- Revenue calculated after standard payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction via Stripe/PayPal)
- Full transparency in your dashboard showing gross revenue, processing fees, and net payout
Payout Schedule:
- Monthly payouts via Stripe or PayPal
- Processed within the first 5 business days of each month
- Minimum payout threshold: $25
Revenue Stability Guarantee:
Revenue terms are guaranteed for 12 months from your signup date to prevent surprise changes. If adjustments are needed after this period, we'll provide 90 days' notice in writing via email and platform notification.
5. Equipment Commissions
Commission Structure:
- Instructors earn 15% commission on equipment purchases by their active students
- Commissions tracked automatically through a 90-day attribution system
- Attribution begins when student completes first paid session with you
Student Transitions:
If a student changes instructors, the new coach earns future commissions moving forward. Previous coaches retain commissions from purchases made during their active coaching relationship.
6. Student Relationships & Data
You Own Your Student Relationships
Unlike many platforms, we believe coaches should maintain ownership of the relationships they build.
Data Ownership:
- Coaches own their student relationships
- May export student names and contact information at any time via dashboard
- Students who register through a coach's referral remain that coach's students
Platform Discontinuation Protection:
If the Platform ever discontinues service, you will receive:
- 90 days' advance notice
- Full student data export access in CSV/Excel format
- Training history and progress reports for all students
- Recommendation for alternative platforms if available
7. Fair-Use Student Transition Policy
To protect student experience and maintain fair competition among coaches, we ask departing coaches to observe the following:
6-Month Courtesy Period:
- Avoid direct mass-solicitation (email blasts, bulk messages, social media campaigns specifically targeting Platform students) for 6 months after account closure
- Individual students who contact you voluntarily or choose to follow you may do so without restriction
- You may respond to individual student inquiries at any time
- After six months, there are no restrictions
What This Means:
You can continue teaching any student who reaches out to you or voluntarily transitions. We simply ask that you not actively poach the entire student base you built through Platform resources within the first 6 months.
8. Liability & Good-Faith Cooperation
Inherent Risks:
Firearms training carries inherent risks. Each instructor is responsible for:
- Maintaining safe training practices
- Following applicable laws and regulations
- Securing appropriate liability insurance coverage
- Ensuring student safety during all training activities
Limitation of Liability
CoachZR provides the technology platform only. We are not responsible for:
- Instructor conduct or training methods
- Student actions or misuse of training
- Injuries occurring during training sessions
- Equipment failures or malfunctions
Good-Faith Cooperation:
In the unlikely event of a dispute, legal claim, or incident investigation, both parties agree to:
- Cooperate in good faith rather than shift blame
- Provide accurate information and documentation
- Work toward fair resolution
Independent Responsibility:
Each party maintains their own insurance coverage. Neither ShoQ®Journal/CoachZR nor instructors are responsible for the other party's negligence. Coaches are not liable for student misuse of training that occurs outside of supervised training environments and beyond the coach's reasonable control.
9. Acceptable Use & Content Standards
Prohibited Content and Conduct:
To maintain a safe, professional platform, the following are strictly prohibited:
- ✗ Illegal instruction or advice on unlawful activities
- ✗ Discriminatory, harassing, or threatening content
- ✗ False or misleading claims about credentials
- ✗ Content promoting unsafe training practices
- ✗ Impersonation of other instructors or individuals
- ✗ Spam, solicitation, or pyramid schemes
- ✗ Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of others' materials

10. AI and Content Accuracy
AI Tools Are Support, Not Replacement
AI-based insights and tools on CoachZR are designed to support your professional judgment, not replace it.
Your Responsibility:
- Always verify AI-generated information before applying it in live training environments
- Use AI recommendations as a starting point for your professional analysis
- Report any AI inaccuracies to help us improve the system

- Written explanation provided for account suspension
- Opportunity to appeal within 15 days

13. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution First:
Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, both parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution by contacting legal@coachzr.com.
Binding Arbitration:
Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled through binding arbitration under Florida law, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Remote Participation:
- You may choose to participate remotely via video conference to avoid travel costs
- In-person hearings available in Bradenton, Florida if preferred
Purpose:
This process helps both parties resolve issues efficiently without costly litigation. Arbitration is faster, less expensive, and more private than court proceedings.
Exception:
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent immediate, irreparable harm.

We continually improve the Platform with new features and enhancements. Here's how changes are communicated:
| Change Type | Notice Period |

| Minor feature updates & bug fixes | No advance notice required |
| New features and enhancements | 30 days' notice |
| Changes affecting revenue or commissions | 90 days' notice |

- ✓ Coaches retain full ownership of all original training materials, methods, and custom content
- ✓ You may use your content on other platforms or in other contexts
- ✓ Your intellectual property remains yours forever
