Welcome to CoachZR and ShoQ®ZR.These Terms govern your use of the CoachZR and ShoQ®ZR platform, including instructor profiles, student enrollment, class listings, remote coaching services, merchandise listings, payment tools, communications, AI-assisted tools, and related services provided by Pulse Frontier, Inc.
CoachZR is designed to help instructors grow their training business while preserving instructor independence. We provide technology infrastructure, student enrollment tools, communication tools, payment options, and ShoQ®ZR service workflows. Instructors remain responsible for the training, services, products, policies, safety practices, and student relationships they create through or outside the platform.

Instructor eligibility
- Instructors must be legally eligible to provide the listed instruction, coaching, training, advisory service, or related offering.
- CoachZR may request credential, certification, business, insurance, or identity verification for certain listings, premium features, payment features, or public badges.

3. CoachZR's Role
CoachZR provides technology infrastructure. Depending on the feature used, this may include profile hosting, listing tools, student enrollment pages, payment processing options, messaging, remote coaching workflows, student history, AI-assisted review tools, merchandise listing tools, and administrative dashboards.
CoachZR is not the instructor, range operator, firearm trainer, event host, product manufacturer, or safety officer for third-party offerings listed by instructors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, instructors and third-party providers are responsible for their own services, classes, merchandise, policies, safety procedures, compliance, and customer relationships.
4. Commerce Models on CoachZR
CoachZR supports different types of instructor activity. Because these activities are different, the payment rules are also different.
| Offering Type | Examples | Payment Structure |
|---|---|---|
| Instructor Classes / In-Person Training | Live classes, range sessions, clinics, workshops, private lessons scheduled outside ShoQ®ZR service workflow | Instructor may accept direct payment or use optional ShoQ checkout. If ShoQ checkout is used, platform and processing fees may apply. |
| ShoQ®ZR Remote Coaching Services | Remote coaching, student log review, target/session analysis, app-based coaching, subscription coaching, asynchronous training support | Payment must be processed through ShoQ®ZR unless CoachZR authorizes another arrangement. Platform service fees apply. |
| Merchandise / Products | Training gear, instructor merchandise, recommended products, locally fulfilled items | Instructor or seller may accept direct payment or use optional ShoQ checkout where available. Platform and processing fees may apply when ShoQ checkout is used. |
5. Instructor-Managed Direct Payments
For eligible classes, in-person services, and merchandise listings, an instructor may choose to accept payment directly from the student or customer. This may include cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, range-front-desk payment, invoice, agency billing, or another method arranged between the instructor and the student.
- CoachZR does not collect, hold, process, refund, or guarantee direct payments made outside the platform.
- The instructor is responsible for confirming payment, managing the student's enrollment status, and honoring any direct-payment arrangement.
- Direct-payment disputes must be handled between the student and instructor unless CoachZR separately agrees to assist.
- CoachZR may show enrollment, reservation, attendance, or confirmation status even when payment occurred outside the platform.
6. ShoQ Checkout and Online Payments
When a student or customer pays through ShoQ checkout, CoachZR or its payment processor processes the payment for the applicable instructor, seller, or service provider. ShoQ checkout may provide convenience features such as online payment, enrollment confirmation, receipts, payment records, student dashboards, instructor dashboards, and administrative tracking.
Fees
- For classes and eligible merchandise paid through ShoQ checkout, CoachZR may deduct a platform fee, payment processing fee, or other disclosed transaction fee from the instructor or seller payout, unless the checkout page clearly states that the student pays an added fee.
- For ShoQ®ZR remote coaching or other ShoQ-native services, CoachZR may retain a platform service fee based on the instructor's listed price. The current intended platform fee for ShoQ-native remote coaching services is 20% unless otherwise stated in the instructor dashboard or separate agreement.
- Payment processing fees may be charged by Stripe, PayPal, or another payment provider and may be deducted before payout.
Payouts
- Instructor payouts are subject to payment processor rules, fraud review, refund windows, chargeback holds, account verification, tax reporting requirements, and minimum payout thresholds.
- CoachZR may delay, withhold, reverse, or offset payouts to cover refunds, chargebacks, suspected fraud, duplicate transactions, policy violations, or legal compliance issues.
- Dashboard payout numbers may show gross payment, processing fees, platform fees, refunds, chargebacks, adjustments, and estimated net payout.
7. ShoQ®ZR Remote Coaching and Platform-Native Services
ShoQ®ZR remote coaching services are services delivered through the ShoQ®ZR platform, including app-based student interaction, remote coaching, training log review, target review, performance analysis, messaging, AI-assisted review, and ongoing student support.
- ShoQ®ZR remote coaching services must use the platform's payment and enrollment process unless CoachZR provides written permission otherwise.
- Instructors are responsible for the quality, timing, communication, and professional standards of the coaching they provide.
- Students understand that remote coaching is educational and informational unless the instructor clearly states otherwise.
- CoachZR may provide platform tools and AI-assisted outputs, but final coaching judgment remains with the instructor.
8. Classes, Training Events, and Reservations
For instructor-created classes, training events, workshops, clinics, and similar listings, the instructor is responsible for the class description, eligibility requirements, prerequisites, equipment requirements, location, schedule, cancellation policy, no-show policy, refund policy, late-arrival policy, safety rules, range rules, and any required waivers.
Reservations and pending direct payments
- Where CoachZR supports direct-payment reservations, a student may reserve a seat while payment is arranged directly with the instructor.
- The instructor must confirm payment or enrollment before the reservation becomes fully confirmed.
- Pending reservations may expire after a stated hold period, such as 48 hours, unless the instructor confirms the student earlier.
- CoachZR may release expired reservations, reduce seat holds, or notify waitlisted students where applicable.
9. Merchandise and Product Listings
Instructors, sellers, or third-party providers may list merchandise, training gear, educational materials, accessories, or other permitted products where CoachZR enables such listings. The seller is responsible for product descriptions, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, taxes, returns, warranty claims, legal compliance, and customer support unless CoachZR expressly agrees otherwise.
- CoachZR may remove product listings that appear unlawful, unsafe, misleading, restricted, infringing, or inconsistent with platform standards.
- Products involving regulated items may be restricted or prohibited depending on applicable law, payment processor rules, platform rules, and shipping limitations.
- For direct-pay merchandise transactions, CoachZR is not responsible for collection, delivery, refunds, returns, or disputes.
10. Cancellations, Refunds, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals
Important student acknowledgment for ShoQ checkout:By completing an online payment through ShoQ®ZR, the student acknowledges and agrees to the instructor's cancellation, refund, no-show, attendance, and late-arrival policies. Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable instructor policy, listing terms, service terms, and CoachZR payment rules.
Instructor policy controls class participation
For instructor classes, training events, and in-person services, the instructor's stated policy controls cancellation windows, late arrival treatment, no-show treatment, rescheduling, refund eligibility, transferability, and class credit unless CoachZR publishes a stricter platform rule for the specific transaction.
Online payment refund handling
- If payment was made through ShoQ checkout, refund requests must be submitted through the platform or the support process shown on the receipt or account page.
- CoachZR may consult the instructor before approving, denying, or processing a refund.
- Refunds may exclude payment processing fees, platform fees, previously delivered services, consumed subscription periods, non-refundable deposits, or other non-refundable amounts stated at checkout.
- Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method, subject to payment processor timing and rules.
Direct payment refund handling
- If payment was made directly to the instructor or seller outside CoachZR, refund requests must be handled directly with that instructor or seller.
- CoachZR is not responsible for refunding payments it did not process.
Instructor cancellation
- If an instructor cancels a class or service that was paid through ShoQ checkout, CoachZR may help coordinate a refund, credit, or rescheduling option based on the instructor's policy and platform rules.
- If an instructor repeatedly cancels without reasonable notice, fails to deliver paid services, or creates unresolved payment disputes, CoachZR may restrict listings, withhold payouts, or suspend payment access.
No-shows and late arrivals
Students who do not attend, arrive late, fail to meet prerequisites, fail to bring required equipment, fail to complete required waivers, or are removed for safety reasons may be ineligible for refund, rescheduling, or credit depending on the instructor's stated policy and the circumstances.
11. Waivers, Range Rules, and Firearms Training Risk
Firearms training, range activities, dry-fire practice, live-fire practice, tactical instruction, competition preparation, equipment handling, and related activities may involve inherent risk, including serious injury or death.
